Oh I forgot to include that the Anti-Champion Rifle also has the wall-break effect. Although i'd still pick the Neutralizer, just because it has much better capacity and fire-rate and would likely help you more often than being able to wall-shot.
Otherwise no problem, happy to help! If you have any more questions feel free to ask, I have a pretty general knowledge about the game.
Damn, 5 headshots at lv 17? Definitely gonna get upgrades for that...
The fact that the FPR has 1 more combat level is sort of a big advantage, by far the FPR.

In terms of overall reliability, the Neutralizer. It's essentially just a hard-hitting primary weapon.
Neutralizer. Calculated correctly, if your Anti-Champion Rifle is currently 24 power, and you only have 4 more upgrades, you'll only add 8 more power or have a total of 32. While seemingly insignificant, that's a 1-power difference from the Neutralizer and Supercharged rifle.
Honestly, i'd go with Neutralizer being me, but both weapons cater to different play styles. The Neutralizer gives you more ammo, mobility, and fire-rate at the cost of "significant scope range" (usually snipers have 10x, this one has 4x.) Both have the same combat level and power, but the Supercharged Rifle has area damage and a 10x.
To put it simply, the Neutralizer is basically a hard-hitting primary, just a tad bit slower and has less ammo. The Supercharged Rifle allows you to aim near the opponent rather than having to hit them, and combined with the scope also gives you the option to snipe opponents easier whereas the Neutralizer may have some trouble with just a 4x scope.
